By analyzing their individual equipment and usage, we are able to tailor their parts inventory to reduce carrying costs of parts. Through our relationship and knowledge of stocking policies of out vendor/manufacturers, we know in advance how to program ordering schedules.
All of these programs reduce the on hand inventory requirements which directly goes to the bottom line profits of our participating clients and saves them tens of thousands of dollars a year.
